The girls won the prestigious Galway’s Civic Trusts 10th Annual competition: Capturing Galway’s Heritage with their project on the topic ‘Our Local Musical Heritage’
The student’s project involved researching, interviewing music legend Seán Keane who also recorded a rendition of the song ‘Isle of Hope’ with the girls.
