Well done to our Fifth Year student Michaela Welby, came third in the National Ceist bake off in Athy on Friday the 10th March 2017. There were over 160 entries with 14 finalists in the Senior and Junior categories.
Michaela had to design, bake and decorate a novelty cake to reflect the theme of ‘Mother Nature’ in a three-hour time slot. The competition was sponsored by Odlums and Catherine Leyden of Odlums and TV3 was the chief judge.
