The school enjoyed more marvelous regional successes. There was great news from the Connaught Junior Mace Debating competition!

Team A, composed of Katie Devaney and Saoirse Ryan, got through to the Connaught Grand Final. They are one of the top 4 teams. In addition, both girls qualified for the National Final in Dublin next month. This is a fantastic achievement. It signals great things for both girls.

Team B, Isabelle Comer and Ríadh Melvin, and Team C, Caitlin Daly and Zara Tracey, also debated brilliantly. They performed well during the first 3 rounds. They did the school proud.

Thanks to Ms. Fox and Ms. Daly for all their hard work. They prepared the teams. We await with bated breath for the National Finals!
