This year, we are starting a film club in Presentation College Currylea. Our film club is going to take place every Thursday after school between 3:50 pm – 5:30 pm in the Geography & Computer rooms.

The club will be run by Jacqui Conway and Emma Kenny. Jackie will be teaching editing and film production and Emma will be teaching special effects makeup and theatrical makeup.

Throughout the year we hope to cover all the topics of script writing and acting skills, creating lighting shots, camera angles, and film editing, and how to create prosthetic makeup pieces.
We want to show you how to create, produce and direct your own personal films, bringing your ideas to life onscreen.
