Our Green Schools team have joined with WEEE Ireland to try to break the €250, 000 donation mark for Ireland’s only children’s hospice LauraLynn by filling as many boxes of batteries as possible.

Every single battery recycled at school raises funds for the LauraLynn Charity, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice.  Plus every battery recycled is one less that has to go into landfill and this as a result helps the environment, so it’s certainly worth the effort.

Please send us in any old batteries that are lying around your homes, and you can even ask neighbours and relatives to give us their old batteries too, as every little helps!
