This year out Transition Year students along with other schools in Tuam got involved in the Pieta House fundraiser ‘Darkness into Light’.  This is an amazing project where the students helped shed light on a the very sensitive subject of Mental Health and Suicide prevention.

The students got involved in fundraising, registration, making sandwiches and of course taking part in the 5 km run or walk at 4.15 am on the 7th of May.

This was extremely rewarding and we hope to get involved again next year!!
