Nine students from the 3 B CSPE class at Presentation College Currylea paid a very special visit to Marian House Respite Centre in Ballindine , accompanied by their teacher Ms Gurney. They were given a very informative and illuminating presentation by the Director of Nursing Marian Navin and and all of the girls were highly impressed by everything they saw and heard in Marian House. Before they left they sang a number of songs for the patients and were given heartfelt applause. The students left Marian House with a much deeper knowledge of all matters relating to Alzheimer’s disease.
