Our Hub students have settled back into the rhythm of school life with ease. Following their in-school planting of lettuce, they headed off to the Ploughing Championships to get some tips from the experts. It was an early start, and they were off to Offaly, where they got tips on making organic smoothies, were eyeing up the next set of wheels for the school, and even got to strum a tune for the farming community! They met some fantastic local businesses there and helped drum up potential new customers. Huge thanks to Ms. Molloy and all the staff for making it a great day out.
