This is an annual fundraising event carried out each year by transition year students. The students spent a full day in the Home Economics kitchen preparing cupcakes , scones, vol au vents, bruchetta and sandwiches to name but a few.

They also set up the gym with their wonderful table displays for their invited guests ,made up of family and friends. On the night the students served their guests the delicious food they had prepared. A wonderful day and night was had by all.
