On Thursday 14 March we had three teams that competed in the Under 14 Connacht Schools Badminton Competition at Galway Lawn Tennis Club. Despite the fact that none of the girls are members of badminton clubs outside of school, they performed really well.

Two of the teams won matches. One of these teams won two games to reach the quarter finals. Unfortunately, they were beaten by a team from Ballygar, a team whose players are active members of a badminton club outside of school. Everyone enjoyed the day.
