Transition Year’s debate philosophical issues at Trinity College
Fourteen Transition Year Students travelled to Dublin on Friday the 17th of January 2014, to take part in the Philosophical Society’s Mace Debates, which were held over two days. Many schools from all over Ireland took part in this event, an enjoyable and enlightening weekend was had by all the students.

Transition Year Wins Best Speaker Award
Congratulations to Therese Kearns one of our Transition Year Students who won the Individual Best Speaker Award, at the MHA (Mental Health Association) Public Speaking Competition, held recently in the Menlo Park HOtel Galway. Transition Years have all their products ready for the Christmas Market
Some of the products that will on sale at the Christmas market taking place today and tomorrow in Tuam Town Hall . The whole event has been organised by Transition Year students. The student have made a hundred of these beautiful wreaths costing €15 euro each.
