Congratulations to the 2nd Year Basketball Team, who have reached the all-Ireland play offs in Cork on Saturday 5th of April, 2014. It is a great achievement and we are all very proud of them, and wish them the very best of luck in their upcoming competition.

Well done to Thérése Kearns who was a Finalist in the Philosophical Society’s Pro-Am Debates held recently in Trinity College, Dublin. This competition involved twenty Secondary Schools students, who formed teams with students from the Philosophical Society, Trinity College.
Currylea School of Music & the Transition Year Choir perform at Soundbites
According to members of the audience a wonderful performance was given by the Currylea School of Music Ensemble and the Transition Year Choir who performed at the Soundbites session in Tuam library on Thursday.
Well Done to All Involved in the Fun Run
Well done to all involved in the Fun Run it was a great day and everyone involved had a great time. The event also raised €600 for the Tuam Cancer Care Center and created a great atmosphere of fun and rivalry between the teachers and students around the school.
